Kommunalkredit is a centre of competence for local-authority matters, including municipal and infrastructure-related project business, and hence Austria’s bank for infrastructure.

Kommunalkredit’s offer of services ranges from long-term infrastructure finance to structured products and project finance (public-private partnerships) to municipal real estate leasing and leasing models; it also includes factoring, the assignment of receivables, debt rescheduling and private placements as well as consultancy services for public authorities wishing to outsource some of their tasks in order to meet the Maastricht criteria.

Our clients include public sector decision-makers, real estate companies of the public sector and quasi-public enterprises.
