All applications received are reviewed by our recruiting team and compared with the defined individual parameters of the position. After a successful review, the documents of the suitable applicants are forwarded to the respective department. Together with the department, a decision is made as to which applicants will be invited to a first personal interview.
You will receive feedback on your application within a few days. The selection process depends on the number of applications received. The review in the specialist departments can take from ten days to up to four weeks.

Prepare answers!
In the interview, we will ask you some questions to assess your thought process and skills. Some examples of such questions are:

- In hindsight, what steps would you have taken to better meet that challenge?
- If you were given a new project that you were not familiar with, what would be your strategy for the project kick-off?
