Your complaint may concern anything you were not satisfied with in the context of a banking service provided by Kommunalkredit Austria AG.

We will do our best to process your complaint as promptly as possible. Once we have received a complaint from you, we will immediately get in touch with you and inform you how long we think it will take to process your complaint.

  • Internet Ombudsperson (www.obmudsmann.at) for online contracts concluded for pecuniary interest, other issues of e-commerce or Internet law, data protection, copyright or trademark law relating to Internet transactions, if you are a consumer residing in Austria.
  • Arbitration body for consumer transactions (www.verbraucherschlichtung.ag) for foreign-currency loans or other disputes not covered by the above dispute resolution bodies.
  • Online Dispute Resolution Platform of the European Commission (www.ec.europa.eu/odr). Disputes arising over contracts concluded online can also be referred to the Online Dispute Resolution Platform set up by the European Commission.
